Every year in Jersey, Channel Islands on the 9th May, the locals celebrate the liberation of the island from five year long German Occupation during WW2. I have written a little about it before here in this post: Liberation Day
This year, COVID19 has put a halt to public celebrations, therefore, many people will be in their homes wanting to be involved, teach their young ones in some shape or form. My younger sister asked if I could create a colouring in page for this event. As illustration is one of my other hobbies along with family history, I took up the challenge.
